Tasty and healthy, it is produced with respect for the environment from field to table.

Looks, quality, tradition and a careful selection of purely Italian olives, with particular attention to the olives produced by the prized Nocellara del Belice cultivar, the only product in Europe to have two PDOs for the same variety:
Valle del Belìce” for oil (GUCE L. 273 of 21.08.04) and “Nocellara del Belìce” for table olives (GUCE L. 15 of 21.01.98), we can, therefore, safely say that our table olives and the “Sicily Collection” extra virgin olive oil, obtained by “cold” pressing the olives produced on the family estates, are truly unique products of the Valle del Belìce, because they retain the ancient flavour of truly authentic things, difficult to compare with those of other Italian olive growing areas.

The “Sicily Collection” extra virgin olive oil generally has an intense green colour with a notable aroma and a particularly full-bodied, slightly spicy taste, with a hint of sweetness.

It has very low acidity, constantly below 0.5%, while the polyphenol content is high and therefore consumption of this oil helps to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases; it also has a high content of easily digestible fats that help reduce cholesterol and blood sugar.

It is a very versatile oil in the kitchen:
Raw for seafood and vegetable salads, but also for first and second courses based on meat and fish.
Its fresh and herbaceous profile enhances the dishes of Sicilian culinary culture, such as swordfish or roast aubergines.

Inspired by our history, it takes its name from its format.
The Picciriddu olive oil contains high percentages of antioxidants and polyphenols.
It is produced from olives of the Nocella variety harvested while the olives are still green. It is characterised by its fresh green flavour and strong peppery aftertaste.
